Under 15 girls

FT: Milltown (10 – 12) Ballymore – Eustace (5 – 07)

The U15 girls travelled to Milltown on Sunday for their next match.  A very sunny day, made it a difficult one for the goalies.  The first fifteen minutes seen five goals and two points being scored by the two teams, with Ballymore leading by a goal.

The second quarter seen Milltown score 4 goals in quick succession before Ballymore could respond with a point. Milltown scored a further 3 points before half time, leaving it Milltown (6 – 04), Ballymore (3 – 02).

Milltown were straight out again scoring another (1 – 02), but Ballymore came back with (1 – 02) also.  The two teams repeated the same score again (1 – 01), before Milltown scored an additional point leading into the last quarter.

Milltown began to stretch their lead in the final fifteen by scoring another (2 – 04) to Ballymore’s two points.  Final whistle: Milltown (10 – 12) Ballymore-Eustace (5 – 07)
