2nd April: Celbridge (5-04) V Ballymore Eustace (5-11)
First game of the league, April 2 and Ballymore senior ladies togged out in big numbers in Celbridge. The final score line was a different story than when they met them last year. First couple of minutes had seen Ballymore put a goal in the back of the net. Both sides continued this even play leaving half time score 2-05 (Ballymore) 2-03 (Celbridge). The second half seen both sides step up the pressure and the scores followed. A very tight match until Ballymore stretched their lead close to the final whistle with a late goal and point Ballymore (5-11) Celbridge (5-04)

9th April: Trinity Gaels (2-10) V Ballymore (2-10) The senior ladies played against Trinity Gaels in Ballykelly on April 9th. First half saw Ballymore settle into a nice lead of 5 points after scoring 1-07. After a half time chat Trinity Gaels came out to prove they had more to offer, and that they did, scoring another 2-05. Gradually Trinity Gaels pulled back leaving the last minutes of the game very tense. The ref ‘s whistle finally blew on a draw 2-10 a piece. The ladies may have left a little disappointed but not empty handed. 23rd April Ballymore 1-18 Athy 1-8 Ballymore welcomed Athy in their first home game of the year. The sun was pouring down and Ballymore got off to what can only be described as a dream start. Dawn and Sheena opened the scoring building a decisive lead. The first half was all one way traffic with Ballymore ahead at half time 1-11 to no score. Athy had different ideas for the second half and really showed their class that we expected and came out fighting. The last quarter of the game was much more competitive with the Ballymore backline being called into action. Athy managed 1-08 to Ballymores 7 points in the second half in what was an action packed closing to the game. 30th April Castlemitchell (2-09) V Ballymore (2-16) Well done to the Senior Ladies for yet another great win, this time against Castlemitchell on April 30th. At half time Ballymore led by 1–02, but a goal in the first minute brought Castlemitchell back in the game. Ballymore then conceded a penalty but Lesley Tutty pulled off a great save. 5 minutes to go and Ballymore conceded a second penalty, this time it met the back of the net. Even this wasn’t enough to beat a very fit and determined Ballymore side.
