Suncroft made the trip to Ballymore for their U9’s Southboard league game. The home side opened the scoring with a fabulous free kick into the top corner of the goal, however, the visitors responded quickly and got some really well taken team scores despite the attention of the Ballymore defence.
Ballymore went in behind at half time but started the second half brightly. They managed to get a number of scores early in the half which put them right back in the game. Both sides traded scores as the game closed in a very tight finish. Well done to all the players and to Aibhe Graham who did very well in her refereeing debut.
