Group 4 U10’s game between Kildangan and Ballymore:
Ballymore travelled to Kildangan for their 4th game of the Southboard U10’s Go Games league. The hosts started brightly converting their early chances clinically. Ballymore came back strong and managed to keep the scoreboard ticking over during the first half although they could have got more if it weren’t for the excellent Kildangan goalkeeper. The Kildangan players were keeping Ballymore on their toes with some clever passing during the rest of the half.
There was a quick start from Ballymore in the second half but Kildangan had their defence in order and managed to deal with most of the Ballymore attacks. Despite the warm evening the players on both sides didn’t let their intensity levels drop and gave a really good account of themselves.
