The Moorefield U10’s travelled to Ballymore for their group 3 Southboard league game. The opening of the first half saw the visitors take control with a couple of quick scores. Ballymore battled hard but the physicality of the visitors meant they struggled to get in to the game during the first half. In the second half Ballymore changed tack going toe to toe with the visitors and despite playing against the wind dominated much of the half. This was a very even game overall with some really impressive scores. 
Finally, a special mention for the two Ballymore girls on the pitch, Abbey Grace and Eimear Lynch, despite playing against a really tough all boys Moorefield team they never shirked the tackles and gave as good as they got. Well done to all the players.
