The U15 girls were home for their fourth match of the league on 25th September. Ellistown scored the first two points before BME put away a goal and a point. Ellistown scored another two points before Ballymore rounded off the first quarter with a goal.
The second quarter Ballymore scored 2 goals and a point to Carbury’s goal, leaving half time score BME (4 – 02) Ellistown (1 – 04).
Third quarter BME scored two goals to Ellistown’s goal and point giving BME an eight-point lead going into the final quarter.
The BME girls proved to be the stronger team on the day by scoring an additional 2 – 02 to Ellistown’s point. Final whistle: Ballymore-Eustace (7 – 06) Ellistown (2 – 06).
The girls are through to the semi final on the 16th October. Well done girls!!
