Our Junior team had a brilliant away win over Clogherinkoe tonight in the Reserve League. On what was a sunny, roasting night in Clogherinkoe the home side got the first point of the match. Ballymore then scored three points in a row from Eoin Kavanagh, Gerry Fennell and Ben Noone. Clogherinkoe got the next three points then Ballymore were awarded a penalty after Gerry Fennell was brought down in the square. Eoin Kavanagh hit the back of the net to make it Ballymore 1-03 Clogherinkoe 0-04 at the first water break.

Tom Murphy got the next point then Clogherinkoe scored another. A great point from Ben Noone was the final score of the first half. HT Ballymore 1-05 Clogherinkoe 0-05.

Eoin Lyons opened the scoring in the second half, then Clogherinkoe scored the next one. Ballymore then got three in a row from Ben Noone (x2) and Gerry Fennell to go 1-09 to 0-06 ahead. Clogherinkoe scored another point then Ben got one more for Ballymore. Eoin Lyons got our next point then Clogherinkoe scored three more to reduce the gap to four. Gerry Fennell scored the last point of the match. Full time Ballymore 1-12 Clogherinkoe 0-10.
