Ballymore’s first outing of the day to Hawkfield this morning for U16’s Shield Final – BME v Kilcullen. Weather conditions were horrible, drizzly rain made the ground slippy. It was a very tight game but our Ballymore lads didn’t let the pressure get to them. They played with game with cool heads and were determined to have the win. At half time BME were ahead by a point and after the break Callum Barrett found the back of the net. The second goal came from Sean Broderick, another cracker. A fantastic game to watch .
