Hard luck to the Ballymore Eustace U13 girls who played against Kill, their second match, on August 29. Kill had two over within the first five minutes before Ballymore responded with a point. Kill then replied with a goal and two points, but the Ballymore girls managed to reduce their lead before the half time whistle by putting away another goal and point. Half time score Kill (1 – 04) to Ballymore (1 – 02).
The second half proved to be a tougher one for Ballymore. The Kill team kept their scoreline ticking over and pulled away gradually leaving a final score Kill (3 – 14) to BME (3 – 02). Great game girls.
