Ballymore travelled to Round Towers, 11th May 2022, to play their fourth game of the Coiste na nÓg league. Round Towers got off the mark first with a fine score from distance. They continued to keep the pressure on, however, Ballymore’s defenders were holding out. Ballymore managed to counter attack quickly with some slick passing and were only one score down at half time.

Ballymore went on the attack in the second half with the help of a strong breeze and were soon setting the scoreboard ticking over. Round Towers were struggling to get the ball out of their own half and found it difficult to retain the ball from their kick out. As the second half went on the visitors managed to keep their focus to close out the game very effectively.
