Ballymore travelled to Rheban for the first game in phase two of the Southboard league. Despite the visitors missing a few key players they started well but the hosts didn’t let Ballymore have the initiative for too long. Ballymore were behind starting the second quarter but with renewed efforts they got to half time on level terms.
The second half was a struggle for the young Ballymore team as Rheban emptied their bench. Despite this the visitors kept playing their passing game giving a great exhibition of teamwork.
