U14 girls through to the Final!

Team: U14 girls Semi-Final – League Division 5

Date: June 8th

Venue: Ballymore-Eustace GAA Club

Result: Ballymore Eustace (4 – 04) Two Mile House (0 – 06)

Congratulations to our U14 girls who are through to the final after defeating Two Mile House on Saturday June 8th.

First half both teams tried to create chances but unfortunately, they didn’t register on the board, half time score Ballymore (0 – 03) and Two Mile House (0 – 01).

However, the 2nd half told a different story, Ballymore were on a mission, 2 goals rattled into the back of Kilcock’s goal within 3 minutes of play from Molly Crowe and Mayah Doyle.  Ten minutes later Lily Clohessey landed another one.  The House responded with a number of points but with a final point from Mayah and a goal from Daire Graham, the deal was sealed for them.  Ballymore defended brilliantly throughout the second half,  Emer McCann our goalkeeper also keeping the scoreline safe.  The massive effort shown from mid field to the forwards is obvious from the scoreline. The very best of luck to the team and mentors Dave, Tracey and John in the final.  Come out and show the girls your support on the 6th July against Kilcock, details to follow.

Final score Ballymore (4 – 04) Two Mile House (0 – 06)

Scorers: Molly Crowe (1 – 0), Mayah Doyle (1 – 04), Lily Clohessey (1 – 0), Daire Graham (1 – 0)
